Shipping Policies
All shipping for products purchased from Ultimate Pet is at the customer's expense, and varies according to carrier, weight, size, urgency and location. We provide several different shipping options, including in-store pickup (during business hours), UPS and USPS.
Shipping Estimator
While we would prefer to offer 100% accurate costs through our Shipping Estimator program, it is only an estimator, and actual charges may vary. Our system may calculate a shipping rate that is slightly higher, or lower, than is actually charged by the carrier. Rest assured that if the shipping fees are higher, you will never be charged anything additional over the rate you were initially quoted.
